Teaching Assistant Required in Aylesbury and the Surrounding Areas

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and adapting resources.
* Provide 1-2-1 and small group support in class and run various interventions when required.
* Use super communication skills to foster positive relationships with children and colleagues.
* Support children with social and emotional needs, including behaviour management.
* Track pupil progress and provide valuable feedback to the class teacher.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
