Export Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Manage a selection of key accounts, which involves responding to customers, producing quotations, processing incoming orders and handling complaints
* Identify opportunities to increase profitability within existing accounts
* Monitor the market to identify potential new business opportunities
* Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure they are in line with agreed timescales
* Liaise with the sales team to confirm export sales and purchase orders
* Arrange delivery of goods with shipping line, hauliers, courier and freight forwarders
* Produce debit and credit notes
* Maintain an accurate CRM system, updating it with relevant and accurate customer and order information
* Send samples and brochures to current customers and prospects
Export Sales Coordinator Skills and Experience:
* This client is open in terms of the level of experience, so we would consider a candidate with a wealth of export knowledge or someone with office-based experience looking to make the move into the export industry
* Strong administration skills with keen attention to detail and a methodical approach
* An interest in and understanding of sales would be beneficial
