We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer. You will provide technical support on a range of software and have the opportunity to expand your knowledge across various IT domains within our organization. This role involves on-site attendance to deliver user IT support (2nd and 3rd Line), assisting users with day-to-day queries, and actively participating in IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the on-site first point of contact for IT hardware and software support.
* Manage firewall configurations and ensure their effective operation.
* Provide support for laptops, including Mac devices.
* Administer and manage user accounts and MS Office 365 profiles.
* Diagnose and resolve issues using systematic troubleshooting skills.
* Perform daily system checks to maintain optimal performance.
* Resolve complex problems and issues in a timely manner based on priorities.
* Create user guides and documentation.
* Assist both on-site and remote users with their IT needs.
* Monitor and maintain networks and hardware resources.
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience.
* Previous experience in supporting on-site hardware and software.
* Firewall management expertise.
* Familiarity with OneDrive, Egnyte, or similar platforms.
* Proficient in diagnosing and resolving IT issues using systematic troubleshooting techniques.
* Knowledge of Mac devices and support.
* Experience with user account management and MS Office 365 profiles.
* Ability to create user guides and documentation.
* Understanding of network monitoring and hardware resource maintenance.
