Temporary Customer Service Administrator in Guildford

Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5:30pm)
Start Date: ASAP
Our client, a fast-growing organisation in Guildford, is seeking Temporary Customer Service Advisors to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and customer-focused organisation!
Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming contacts from customers, demonstrating empathy, patience, and accuracy
2. Identify and assess customer's needs to ensure satisfaction
3. Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
5. Be a Brand Ambassador for the organisation, representing their values and commitment to excellent service
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
2. Customer-focused mindset, always striving to go above and beyond
3. Prior experience in a customer service environment is preferred
4. Affinity with technical product support is a plus
