Salary: £76.92 - £95.68 per day (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
As an Autism Support Worker, you will:
Support students with autism in a one-to-one or small group setting.
Help students engage with the curriculum and overcome learning challenges.
Build positive, trusting relationships with students to enhance their confidence and communication skills.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to develop personalised learning plans.
Assist in managing sensory and behavioural needs in a calm and supportive manner.
Encourage social interaction, independence, and self-regulation skills.
Requirements:
To thrive as an Autism Support Worker, you should have:
Experience working with children or young people with autism or additional needs.
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
The ability to adapt and use creative strategies to engage students.
A passion for supporting children’s educational and emotional development.
An enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to obtain one.
