GSL Education are looking for a caring and motivated Classroom Support Worker to join a friendly client school in Locks Heath, providing essential support to students and staff alike.
Role Overview:
As a Classroom Support Worker, you will play a key role in assisting students with their learning needs, working closely with teachers to ensure each child feels supported and engaged. This is a great opportunity for a Classroom Support Worker to make a positive impact on students’ educational experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students in the classroom.
* Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Support individual students and small groups with learning tasks.
* Help maintain a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children in an educational or support role.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
* Relevant qualifications in education or child development are desirable.
