Sales Manager Coventry based (Hybrid - 2-3 days a week in the office) £80k base OTE Our client Our client is a proud pioneer in the cleaning & hygiene products market in the U.K. They specialize in the production and distribution of cleaning and hygiene products, particularly non-woven cleaning cloths and impregnated wipes. The role Our client is looking for a sales leader to hunt for new opportunities to expand its product portfolio and manage their growing sales team. As 98% of products are produced internally, expertise in manufacturing is essential. A key area of focus is acquiring new accounts. The company seeks someone who can secure new business relationships while managing an established team that does not require daily supervision. The role will involve managing B2B relationships, tracking KPIs (with an approximate 70/30 split between management and sales activities), and touching base regularly with the sales team. The person taking on this role will have a team to manage, but the team is largely self-sufficient in day-to-day operation. Requirement Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 10 years of sales experience Strong new business hunting experience 3 years of managing a sales team Be able to commute to Coventry office 2-3 days a week Essentially from manufacturing background
