Spencer - Richardson are proud to represent our client in finding their new People & Culture Administrator in a market leading construction and plant hire firm.

Due to the ongoing success of the business expansion plans, the bubbly HR team need another HR Administrator to the support the business units and drive the culture across the teams.
Key Responsibilities -
* Oversee the employee life-cycle, issuing contracts, onboarding, booking training and offboarding.
* Accurately draft contracts and necessary correspondence.
* Collate and issue all new starter packs efficiently at all levels.
* Maintain accurate records within the HR system - ensuring that all documentation is legal, necessary and correct.
* Track probationary periods, conduct DBS and RTW checks.
* Work collaboratively with the payroll team to ensure that new starters are set up correctly, any changes are reported and support with bonuses, rewards and benefits.
* Become first line support for any people-related queries or requests.
* Manage the team inbox.
* Support the wider HR team in larger scale projects and admin tasks or research when needed.
To Be Successful -
* Previous experience supporting a People Team, as an administrator, coordinator or advisor.
* High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
* Knowledge of GDPR and ISO 27001.
* Genuine team-player.
* Solutions focussed and proactive problem solver.
* CIPD Level 3 or working towards desirable.
