About the team:The Group Head of Investor Relations leads a small team to coordinate the Group's investor and corporate communications activity. Reporting directly into the Group CFO with regular contact with the CEO you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with existing and prospective investors and day to day relationships with House Brokers.This is a 'Certified' role and based from our London office, in line with our hybrid policy, you will be required to be onsite three days a week, with two days working from home. What you will be doing: As Group Head of Investor Relations, you will oversee the delivery of the corporate communications to ensure the company's strategy, financial performance, prospects and delivery are communicated effectively to all external stakeholders. You will drive the investor engagement programme and respond to enquiries, monitoring and influencing their reports and forecasts. Your previous experience in an Investor Relations role will allow you to effectively monitor and track industry trends to improve our corporate understanding and oversee analysis and review of the share register. Your responsibilities will include:Lead the delivery of corporate information to support debt, equity and M&A activity, including materials for trading updates and result announcementsLead the preparation and drafting of narrative reporting in the Annual Report and for corporate presentationsSupport the development and delivery of a Debt IR programme to support debt capital markets assurance activity and investor engagementLead investor relationship data recordingDirecting and executing corporate PR strategy and managing corporate communications to media, analysts and shareholdersLine management and coaching direct reportsWith a number of exciting opportunities in this role, you will be part of the transformation project which will create a new operating platform for the business.
