International Expansion: PPC plays a critical role in supporting WoB’s ongoing expansion into the U.S., positioning this channel as a cornerstone of their international growth strategy. Technical Innovation: If you possess skills in automation and scripting, the team encourages exploring innovative approaches to optimize and enhance the paid search function. The Role: Support the e-commerce paid media strategy by executing growth plans and driving customer acquisition. Manage and optimize Google Shopping, Performance Max, and PPC campaigns to maximize ROI through structured setups and feed management. Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve performance metrics like CPA, ROI, and quality scores. You: You must be working on large scale e-commerce brands within an agency setting or have a strong background of working within an e-commerce brand within an inhouse setting. E-commerce PPC Expertise: Strong experience in managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and using the Google AdWords Editor, with extensive experience in Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns. Strong Analytical Skills: Highly numerate with a proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies for e-commerce growth. Experience in Feed Management: Deep understanding of feed optimization best practices, ensuring product feeds are structured for optimal Google Shopping performance. Proven Campaign Optimization Skills : Skilled in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and achieving high-quality scores to drive e-commerce success. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager, experience with SQL and data visualization tools, and familiarity with automation scripts for improving PPC account efficiency.
