Hays are representing an award-winning, Investor’s in People certified manufacturing business in Lisburn to recruit a Marketing Manager (6 months FTC).
Your new role
As Marketing Manager you will work closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to coordinate an important Trade Show, as well as coordinate and launch a new product, and assist in other product launches in the run-up to the event. Other responsibilities include:
1. Influence the marketing strategy to deliver thepany’s overall marketing plans and strategic brand direction.
2. Constant review marketing strategy and create and deliver marketing objectives.
3. Lead projects from conception through to market launch and analysis, delivering all marketing projects within agreed timelines and within the agreed budget.
4. Devise new, creative concepts and ideas to present marketing materials for product relaunch to ensure brand awareness customer and loyalty.
5. Execute sales analysis of each brand.
6. Provide direction and leadership to the Marketing team while managing the workload and delivery of targets and objectives set.
7. Production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional material and their distribution.
8. Copy writing and proofreading of all marketing literature.
9. Website development, content management, and updating social networking as required.
10. Management of third party agencies.
11. Liaise with sales teams in relation to any marketing or promotional issues arising from customer visits, andpile training presentations.
What you'll need to succeed
12. A minimum of 3 years Marketing & people management experience within a similar role
13. Experience of leading branding projects from conception through to market launch and analysis
14. Demonstrable experience of managing multiple brands
15. Experience in Digital Marketing
16. Proficiency in creating social media plans and designing original and engaging posts
17. Demonstrable experience of working on simultaneous marketing projects
18. Excellent planning and organisational skills
19. Ability to work to tight deadlines
20. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication and presentation skills
21. Creative and imaginative
22. Accurate with excellent attention to detail
23. Proficient in Microsoft packages
24. Ability to work on own initiative without supervision
Desirable:
25. Graduate Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)
26. Background in interiors or soft furnishings
