Position: Food Production Operative (Rotating)
Location: Wincanton, Somerset
Salary: £12.00 - £13.00 PH
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm (rotating each week)
Duration: Temp to perm
Start Date: Immediate

The company
A leading food production company known for delivering high-quality products to their customers. They pride themselves on our dedication to excellence and innovation in the food industry. We are now looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join the production team.
The job
* Operate production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
* Follow recipes and production guidelines to prepare food products.
* Monitor the quality of products and perform regular quality checks.
* Package finished products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
* Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
* Assist with inventory management and stock control.
The requirements
* Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
