To provide a comprehensive audio typing and administrative service to a Physician/General Surgeon/Dental Consultant or group of Physicians/Surgeons/Dental Consultants or Associate Specialists.

What we'll need you to bring
1. Educated to Standard Grade with an RSA or equivalent typing qualification
2. Experience within an office environment
3. Proficient in the use of software systems
4. Advanced keyboard skills
5. Familiar with medical terminology
6. Good organisational and communication skills
It would be great if you also have
7. Knowledge of Trakcare & Clinical Portal
8. Winscribe experience

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
Please note this is a fixed term post initially for 6 months. Where a post only has temporary funding and an existing member of NHS Lanarkshire staff wishes to apply, this will be treated as a secondment. The employee MUST already have written agreement from their line manager to be released on a secondment before applying for the post.
Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in Cancer Services - Haematology & Oncology within University Hospital Monklands.
The working pattern for this role is: Monday & Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (hours can be flexible).
