This busy local authority is looking for additional interim support to assist with the day to day operational running of the adult mental health hub. Hybrid working is viable, but a local presence is required to fall in line with the current team culture and ensure the best possible service is delivered by the team.
Your role as Team Manager
Management and oversight of multidisciplinary team of social care professionals
Overseeing the AMHP Hub
Provide effective management oversight of the service, acting as an SME and a point of support to junior managers.
Performance management of the team
About you as a Team Manager:
You will be experienced managing a mental health front door team within adult social care
Good understanding of the Care Act and Mental Health Act
Ideally from a Social worker, AMHP or Occupational Therapist background
You will be willing and able to provide a site presence on a weekly basis
