Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £24,000 - £25,500 per annum
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Foster positive relationships with customers.
2. Liaise with planning to ensure customers are informed of accurate and up to date delivery requirements.
3. Process orders and oversee the cycle of order fulfilment.
4. Responsible for ensuring supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.
5. Maintain accurate records and document service activities and discussions.
6. Ensure customer schedules/orders are input onto the system in a timely manner.
7. Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
8. Co-ordinate and manage customer service and logistics projects.
9. Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
10. Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
11. Maintain logs of additional transport costs.
12. Receive products and coordinate delivery.
13. Ensure activities are met throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
14. Oversee inventory of goods and vehicles.
15. Liaise with suppliers to progress orders.
16. Raise subcontract notes and book into the system.
17. Report supplier data to management (TBC).
18. Some receptionist duties, i.e., answering telephone.
