Job Description
Finance Administrator:
3. Manage a multi-currency purchase ledger for two companies.
4. Handle and respond to all telephone inquiries, including follow-ups.
5. Match purchase orders.
6. Process invoices and credits in various currencies.
7. Conduct payment runs.
8. Reconcile vendor accounts and company credit cards.
9. Process expenses, commissions, and pensions.
10. Manage petty cash.
11. Perform initial payroll administration, including overtime verification.
12. Post bank payments.
13. Maintain records, filing, and other documentation.
14. Identify and suggest improvements for administrative procedures and implement changes as needed.
15. Perform additional ad hoc duties to support the Finance team.
The Successful Applicant
Finance Administrator:
16. Previous experience in finance administration is essential.
17. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
18. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
19. Professional and courteous telephone manner.
20. A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to use initiative.
21. Ability to perform well under pressure.
