Customer Services Administrator
Flexsource (part of the Cpl Group) have a new opportunity with our Client who are seeking an Customer Services Administrator, on a permanent basis for their busy facility in the Newry area.
Job Responsibilities
1. Working with the external sales team to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service is maintained.
2. Processing orders on a computerised system from warehouses in UK and Ireland.
3. Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
Essential Criteria
1. Previous experience of dealing with customers in a service or sales role.
2. Previous experience of dealing with large volumes of customer queries via telephone and email.
3. The ability to work in a team as well as individually.
4. Sound working knowledge of Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Good attention to detail.
7. The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Desirable Criteria
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. IT skills to include previous working knowledge of SAP.
3. Qualification in Business, Customer Services or IT.
Compensation and Benefits
Basic Salary £24,400 pa + £2k performance related bonus paid quarterly + 4% pension + Private Healthcare cover, 32 days annual leave, annual company pay reviews.
1 day remote working.
Hours of work: 8.30am – 5.30pm and 4.30pm finish on Friday.
Location: Newry Area.
