Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee complete payroll cycles for multiple clients
* Process BACs payments and manage payroll queries
* Build strong client relationships through direct communication
* Maintain strict payroll accuracy and deadline management
* Guide and support junior team members (Assistant Manager level)

About You:
We’re seeking candidates with:
* 2+ years of end-to-end payroll experience
* Deep knowledge of payroll legislation (auto-enrolment, HMRC, statutory payments)
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
* Confidence in client and third-party interactions
* Full UK driving license and own transport
Bonus Qualifications:
* CIPP certificate or foundation degree in payroll management
* Background in UK practice or professional services
* Familiarity with payroll software (Star/IRIS, Sage, HMRC Basic Tools)
* Experience with BACs processing and client onboarding
