SummaryWe're a five year old, 20-person recruitment company in Bradley Stoke. We have big plans to double in size over the next few years, and we're looking for someone who will be a trusted 'right-hand man/woman' who can react quickly to on-the-spot requests. We have a fun office environment and excellent coffee...very important.We need a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the two directors on a part-time basis (likely two or three days a week initially). Candidates must be switched on, energetic, and be able to fit in with a team of high energy and passionate recruiters. Clear communication is absolutely essential!You'll be ready to do anything from expense reports to booking ski trips and office socials, to setting up new employees login details to various applications and checking our CRM for data gaps.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and organize executive calendars, appointments, and meetingsHandle email correspondence, prioritize tasks, and follow up as neededPrepare reports, presentations, and meeting materialsCoordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itinerariesConduct research and compile data for meetings and projectsAssist with event planning and special projects as requiredProvide administrative support both remotely and in the officeLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of executivesQualificationsProven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roleExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communicationProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesDiscretion and confidentiality are essentialSchedule: 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
