Job description
We are looking for a professional and reliable House Manager to oversee the smooth running of a private residence. If you are highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a variety of household tasks with discretion and attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
Benefits:
* £17 per hour + holiday pay
* 25 to 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Duties:
* · GeneralHousehold Management: Oversee the daily operations of the household, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
* · StaffSupervision: Supervise and manage any household staff, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
* · Scheduling& Coordination: Manage household schedules, including appointments, events, and maintenance requirements.
* · InventoryManagement: Keep track of household supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and items are reordered when necessary.
* · PropertyMaintenance: Liaise with contractors, maintenance teams, and vendors for any repairs, cleaning, or renovations.
* · Security& Safety: Ensure the home is secure, and safety protocols are followed.
* · Errands& Shopping: Run errands, shop for groceries, and manage deliveries or mail.
* · HouseholdBudgeting: Assist with budgeting and managing household expenses.
Experience & attributes required:
* · Experience in household management or a similar role is preferred.
* · Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
* · Excellent communication skills and discretion.
* · Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
* · Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs of the household.
* · A valid driver’s license (if required) and a reliable mode of transport.
