Our client is looking to bring in an experienced Office Assistant to manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, office organisation, and providing general support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Position Overview
* Manage scheduling and appointments for others.
* Handle correspondence (mail, email, phone calls) on behalf of the team.
* Organise and maintain office filing systems.
* Arrange travel and meetings for staff or executives.
* Performs basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Maintain office supplies and resources.
* Provide customer service and reception duties.
* Contact and follow up with suppliers.
Position Requirements
1. Previous experience in the same or a similar role.
2. Competent with Microsoft Office software's such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
3. Able to commute to the office at least 2/3 times a week.
4. Great office/time management skills.
