About Us:
Supply Allies is recruiting for an Experienced Complex Needs EYFS Teacher for an OFSTED Outstanding all-through special needs school located in the picturesque suburbs of Solihull. They are proud of our inclusive ethos and commitment to providing exceptional education tailored to the unique needs of our pupils. We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced EYFS Teacher to join our team and work within our Nursery class, supporting pupils with complex needs.
The Role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will lead a nurturing and stimulating learning environment tailored to the needs of young pupils with complex learning requirements. You will:
* Deliver engaging and personalized learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
* Work collaboratively with a supportive KS1 Phase Leader and SLT team.
* Develop and implement creative strategies to support the individual development of each child.
* Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic support for each pupil.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, ensuring each child achieves their potential in a safe and caring environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with proven experience teaching in a Nursery setting.
* Experience working with children with complex needs, ideally within an SEN environment.
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its application for pupils with diverse needs.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
* A passionate and patient approach to teaching, with a commitment to making a difference in pupils' lives.
