The Role As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the product launch, responsible for driving all B2B marketing activities that will bring this innovative solution to market. You’ll have the chance to shape our marketing strategy, develop powerful content, and support our sales team with essential marketing collateral, while building brand awareness through social media, email campaigns, and CRM management. In this hands on role you will play an integral role in bringing the Fusion brand to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is excited about the opportunity to help scale a SaaS product from the ground up. What You’ll Do: Create and manage social media campaigns to raise awareness and drive lead generation for Fusion. Produce engaging content, such as blogs, case studies, and whitepapers, to showcase Fusion’s value to SMEs and startups. Lead email campaigns and nurture leads using CRM tools, ensuring prospects are effectively engaged and converted. Create impactful sales collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies) to support the sales team’s efforts. Plan, run, and analyse marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive business growth. Take the creative lead for our events calendar including attending alongside our Commercial Lead What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in tech or SaaS environments is very favourable however we would consider B2B Marketing experience. Strong understanding of B2B social media strategies and execution. Proven ability to create high-quality marketing content and run end-to-end campaigns. Experience in creating sales collateral and using CRM systems to manage and nurture leads. The ability to demonstrate previous campaign success through solid ROI and lead generation. You’ll need to be adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. Why Join Us?
