An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic Operations Manager to lead the operation of our schools within the London M25 area

What you'll be doing...
To be successful for the Operations Manager position, you will be from a catering background with relevant experience managing clients and leading diverse internal teams, including General Managers.
You will have a comprehensive support network to help you in your role, which, combined with your commercial awareness, you will use to drive continuous growth.
Key responsibilities:
1. Leading and coaching site managers and service champions within your patch
2. Creating a platform for financial growth
3. Excellent cost control
4. Innovative menu planning with specified budgets
5. Overseeing site management within your area of responsibility
6. Recruiting and developing a high calibre of site managers
7. Building internal and external relationships
8. Regular liaison with clients
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
