Job description
Our client, a leading beverages company, is hiring a Merchandising Administrator to support the Merchandising department with reporting, data input and item/offer setup. You will identify and resolve system and customer issues.
Responsibilities
1. Run, monitor and share reporting data
2. Create and maintain administrative documents for the Merchandising team
3. Communicate risks and issues to the Merchandising team quickly and efficiently
4. Raise and follow up on any customer or systems-related issues affecting the team
5. Setup and maintain promotions in planning systems
6. Upload data such as pricing and exclusions into AX
7. Identify shortfall and excess stock issues and support Merchandisers in resolutions
Requirements
8. Experience in an administrative role
9. Proficient with Microsoft Office
10. Basic knowledge of AX and Business Objects would be an advantage
11. Ability to work to deadlines and be proactive
12. Excellent communication skills
13. Numerate and analytical with excellent attention to detail
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday. There is potential for evening and weekend cover during operationally busy times. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office, one of these days being Wednesday.
