Job Overview
A key part of the company’s customer service is maintaining and developing relationships we have with existing customers, and effectively managing the journey for newly onboarded customers. Cultivating those relationships will allow us to maximise the potential of these accounts, as well as improving our brand awareness and customer retention. Included within this is the quick and efficient turnaround of sales administration which is a key factor in enabling the external sales team to concentrate on finding new business opportunities which is essential for the growth of the company.
Training will be provided to aid and support the duties and responsibilities outlined below.
Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting the Sales Desk with processing orders, telephone enquiries and new account applications
*
Help find leads from various sources such as google, LinkedIn etc.
*
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
*
Build relationships with customers and identify new opportunities with existing customers
*
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers
*
Customer visits with the External Sales Team may be required to help strengthen the customer service relationship

Good grades in English and Maths – With the ability to compile a well-articulated email, and be able to demonstrate a basic grasp of business Maths – e.g. An understanding of margins, discounts, credits, pallet volume calculations etc.
