As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring all activities comply with Health and Safety policies and regulatory standards. You will implement and oversee Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and other relevant requirements. The Quality Manager will be the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters, both internally and with suppliers, you will lead the company’s Red Table and RCCA activities. You will also spearhead the development and implementation of lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on eliminating non-value-added activities and enhancing operational efficiency. Furthermore, you will oversee the development, skills enhancement, and training of the Inspection and Quality teams, while managing their day-to-day operations.
As the Quality Manager, you will need proven experience in leading a Quality team and managing Quality systems. Implement and monitor all Quality Assurance systems ensuring compliance
