Job Description
Procurement Program Leaders act as subject matter experts and overall procurement brand program managers to ensure that all procurement solutions align to brand objectives. They are recognized within Brands as strategic drivers of value and ensure consistency in process, performance and deliverables while accurately anticipating future program needs.
Main responsibilities
* Be the SPOC for Brands team (Marketing, F&B, Operations, IT, D&TS) and develop a deep understanding of Brand DNA to translate it into Accor Procurement offer.
* Coordinate with Partnership & Solutions, Projects and Customer Care teams to ensure high degree of customer centric performance and translation of objectives and needs into actionable plans.
* Develop and deploy globally bespoke Brand solutions guideline relevant for each market.
* Manage the Customer care team and ensure feedback is shared with Brand teams and Procurement community.
* Position may require up to 30% Travel.
Main complexity / critical issues in the job
* Establish procurement as a key brand value driver and gain permanent seat at the ‘decision making table’ across all key brand disciplines.
* End-to-End Executive Program Management inclusive of dashboards, communications and reporting to ensure alignment and high performance.
Few figures about the scope of action
* Directly accountable for 3-10 Luxury & Lifestyle brands.
* 100-150 properties to support globally.
* 2-4 direct reports and 5-10 total (once Regional Procurement Centers of Excellence are established).
* Contributor towards €5-€8M in Procurement Revenues.
* €200-€300M in Spend.
Qualifications
* 12+ years of progressive experience in a procurement related field.
* Hospitality, retail, consulting and financial services industry experience preferred.
* Strong people management and mentorship capability.
* Strategic thinkers with high degree of emotional intelligence.
* Skillful communicators.
* Adaptable, resilient & pragmatic.
