Core responsibilities for our new People Manager will be:

* Lead, coach and mentor a team of legal professionals and operational support staff, provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure high performance and productivity levels;
* Set clear objectives/KPIs for team, regularly review and monitor performance, provide guidance and support to achieve both business and individual objectives;
* Monitor and evaluate performance; provide feedback through regular one-to-ones;
* Support the training and development plans for the team to enhance their competencies;
* Regularly review talent and capability in the team to manage the talent pipeline; and
* Adhoc support to the higher management team
