We have an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator tosupport our UK HR and Recruitment team at Cowick Hall. In this role, you will provide administrationsupport for the full recruitment and employee life cycle. This will include beingthe first point of contact for candidates, placing adverts with recruitment agencies,and coordinating arrangements for interviews and assessment events. You will prepareemployment terms and conditions for existing and new employees and ensure therelevant employee checks are completed and employment files are up to date. Youwill liaise with employees and managers across the UK on various recruitmentand employment queries. You will also support us in maintaining our HR databaseand ensuring data integrity.

Essentials:
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of developing good working relationships with both internal and external contacts
11. Attention to detail is essential as is the ability to prioritise your own workload to ensure key deadlines are met
12. Good planning and organisation skills are required, as is the need to be adaptable to changing business requirements
13. Excellent written communication skills
14. Fully competent with all Microsoft Office applications
15. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths at grade C or above
16. Experience of working in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment
17. Confidentiality and the ability to project a professional image are vital
Desirables:
18. Recruitment and/or HR systems experience
19. Administration or Microsoft based qualifications
