DUTIES:
* Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing.
* Preparing and sending out Sub-contract enquires.
* Subcontract comparison and preparation of subcontract agreements.
* Attending, contributing to and taking minutes of meetings as required.
* Preparing Valuations with Client’s, agreeing amounts for payment and ensuring invoices are prepared and issued.
* Re-measuring work using site measurement and measurement from drawings.
* Re-measurement of subcontract applications and processing subcontract payments.
* Informing Sub-Contractors of Contract variations.
* Valuing variations.
* Assisting with reporting on Contract Performance via monthly cost/value reconciliations and
* Agreeing Client and Sub-Contract Final Accounts.
* Monitoring site costs on a weekly basis providing feedback to construction team as required.
* To ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.
* To ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company’s Quality Manual.
* At all times to represent the company in the best possible way, be courteous and professional working to the highest ethical standards.
