Your new roleAs an Internal Recruiter, reporting to a kind and supportive Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical role in the organisation's talent acquisition and onboarding processes. Responsibilities and key actions are to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience. You will work as part of a small, friendly team based in Fareham. Hybrid working is offered with 3 days in the Fareham office and 2 days WFH (working from home) per week beyond the first 2 weeks. Working hours: 37.5 / week, Monday-Friday (9am-5pm with 30 minutes' lunch). What you'll need to succeedYou must have some experience in an Internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role, but experience working for an agency as a recruitment consultant or resourcer will be considered too (minimum 18 months+). A background of recruiting a variety of roles within a healthcare business or the NHS will be an advantage, but is not essential.Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, experience of recruiting candidates in skills-short markets and the confidence to partner effectively with key stakeholders is also important.
