My client is a prestige car dealership based in King’s Lynn and they are currently recruiting a new Used Car Sales Manager to join their dealership.
About the position
The successful candidate for our Used Car Sales Controller vacancy will have previous experience in a similar role, proven customer service skills and show the ability to work to deadlines and targets as well as working well in a team.
You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Used Car Sales Managers position involves:
1. Managing the operation of the used car sales ensuring various targets are met;
2. Maintaining rigorous control of costs;
3. Supervising Sales Executives and coordinating sales activity in the team;
4. Provide training and guidance to the Sales Executives to improve their job performance;
5. Compiling and agreeing deals;
6. Ensuring administrative procedures are adhered to for the smooth running of the department;
7. Maintaining showroom and stock management;
8. Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
9. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
About our requirements
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
10. Customer awareness.
11. Negotiation and communication skills.
12. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
13. Full driving licence.
Salary and Hours Basic £40,000 OTE £60,000Hours: Monday to Friday, Saturday’s on rota
