This well-established housing developer is searching for an ambitious Property Development lawyer to join their high-performing legal team.
You will be working closely with the General Counsel, focusing on a range of development, housing and construction matters.

The Role
You will be managing property acquisitions to secure land for development projects and providing support to the General Counsel. Your responsibilities will include; drafting heads of terms, contracts, option agreements, pre-emption agreements, and promotion agreements based on agreed terms.
Additionally, you will be preparing reports on title, overseeing search requests, and initiating title enquiries before finalising contracts. You will also be actively participating in meetings pertinent to project advancement and conducting site visits to assess development areas.
Furthermore, you will be drafting section 106 agreements, handling Stamp Duty Land Tax documentation, and managing registration applications. You will also be collaborating with colleagues, preparing site setup documentation, and engaging in negotiations for infrastructure agreements.
Requirements
1. 3-8 PQE in Real Estate Development
2. Able to liaise with various internal & external stakeholders
