IT Technician required to provide Desktop Support as the second point of escalation for internal customers PC Incidents. You will Have a BSc and 1-2 years experience or over five years IT support experience (when degree is not held) Technical Skills
1. Microsoft PC applications.
2. PC hardware and software support.
3. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software incidents.
4. On-site support experience supporting multiple operating systems.
5. IT customer service focus
Certifications: - MCP on Windows certification preferred - Dell certification preferred Additional general requirements:
6. Experience on an IT Service Desk a plus
7. Knowledge and experience in the use of Ticketing systems preferred
8. Ability to write technical support documentation a plus
9. Excellent customer service skills
10. Good interpersonal and presentation skills
11. Fluency in English
12. Willing to work flexible hours when appropriate
13. Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
14. Ability to work under pressure
15. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
What you will be doing;
16. Troubleshoot and resolve PC incidents.
17. Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change).
18. Staging of PCs.
19. Hardware & software maintenance and support.
20. Asset management.
21. Coordinate with Break/Fix vendor for hardware repair.
