Natta building specialise in Civil Engineering projects comprising section 278 and 38, infrastructure, roads, sewers and services, large scale ground working for commercial buildings, schools, airports, prisons, housing developments and high-quality external works packages.
We also undertake design and building packages with experience in various build styles including steel frames, reinforced concrete frames, basements and traditional brick/block work.

Where Natta has previously undertaken the civil infrastructure installation and some works relating to the trench excavation of utilities, it is in the process of obtaining full accreditation to install utilities.
It is due to this exciting expansion of providing additional bespoke works that it is looking to employ competent people that will form part of adding value to the company and its clients.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Supervise Utility Delivery.
2. Act as an integral interface between the design & delivery teams, external contractors and suppliers.
3. Liaise with delivery managers, clients, sub-contractors and support functions ensuring specifications, quantities and risks are identified, quoted and agreed accurately.
4. Provide a high, always maintained level of customer service to clients.
5. Updating internal project monitoring systems as and when appropriate.
6. Health, safety and quality assurance responsibility for allocated projects.
7. Document control for project documentation and record keeping.
8. Developing and maintaining compelling relationships with all stakeholders.
9. Actively contributing to continuous process improvements.
10. Attend weekly/monthly planning and project meetings.
11. Ensuring that clients/stakeholders are updated on all elements of the project.
12. Provide relevant performance data to support preparation of weekly and monthly status reports.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Strong co-ordination and supervision skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
3. Ability to multi-task and juggle various projects and clients.
4. Project management/processes, previous experience managing rollouts across multiple sites is required.
5. Knowledge and awareness of continuous improvement within existing and new processes.
6. Experience within the ICP industry with good understanding of DNO process essential.
7. Strong Civils experience and knowledge as these projects will involve a huge elements of Civil Engineering works.
8. Experience within the EV/utilities/electrical industries with good knowledge of project lifecycles within this industry. Also appreciation of gas and water works would be an advantage.
9. Strong supervision experience within a similar role, ideally within the electrical utilities industry.
10. 17th edition electrical works would be a huge advantage.
