As an HR Advisor at Utility Bidder, you will play a key role in supporting our people operations, providing guidance and support to management and employees, and ensuring a positive work environment. You will be responsible for supporting recruitment, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting staff development and wellbeing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide HR advice and support to management and employees on various HR matters
* Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration for new hires
* Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
