2. Updating job adverts with a specific focus on attracting a more diverse workforce
3. Working with our job boards to ensure we are reaching a wide candidate pool
4. Supporting hiring managers with screening CVs and applications
5. Creating interview packs and providing expert support in interviews
6. Liaising with agencies on our PSL with regards to permanent, temporary, and contract vacancies
7. Providing accurate and regular recruitment data
8. Running recruitment events, such as assessment centres
