We are seeking a talented and proactive Business Analyst to join our Data Democratisation team. This role will play a crucial part in accelerating the understanding of highly strategic and complex projects by organising, translating, and connecting business needs into technical situations and vice versa.
The Business Analyst will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful execution of Data Democratisation initiatives.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. Previous experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data-related or technology-driven environment.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring;
5. Experience with data analysis tools and visualisation software (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
6. Knowledge of data management principles and practices.
