Job Title: Vulnerable Adult Care Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Vulnerable Adult Care Supervisor to lead a team of Support Workers in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering person-centred care and support, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
About the Role: The Vulnerable Adult Care Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers to provide care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes or within a community setting. You will be required to assess individual needs, develop and implement person-centred care plans, and monitor progress to ensure that service users receive the best possible care and support.
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for career progression. We offer a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support. You will be required to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of Support Workers. A full driving licence is also essential for this role.
