The Role
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing professional HR support across the business, ensuring that policies and practices align with company objectives and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities
* Providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
* Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
* Supporting line managers with performance management and employee relations cases.
* Leading HR projects such as wellbeing initiatives, engagement surveys, and diversity programs.
* Maintaining HR systems and ensuring accurate data management.
* Supporting training and development programs to upskill the workforce.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced setting.
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification (or working towards).
