Property Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our client’s team as a Property Administrator. The role would suit a highly organised individual with strong written skills and will provide a superb foundation for further progression within the business. This position will be supporting both the subletting and property teams.
Duties:
* Working as part of a busy team to administer all subletting and property enquiries for the business
* Maintaining the client database
* Answering correspondence in written format
* Dealing with customers over the telephone
* Reviewing leases, liaising with both in-house and external solicitors and negotiating files
* Producing licences and other legal documents from templates
* Providing full administrative assistance to the property management team as and when required
* General team and office assistance including reception coverage (during holidays) and general telephone enquiries
Skills required:
1. Strong written and grammatical skills
2. Highly organised and comfortable handling a high volume of transactions
3. Ability to communicate with confidence, over the telephone and face to face
4. Strong IT skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
