Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Bespoke Interior Development - 13 Month Placement (July 2025)
We are a team of 30, working inside the Interior Trim Centre. We deliver exclusive Bespoke products by harnessing our expertise as the Centre of Excellence. With the highest quality in mind, we reflect our client’s desires by combining traditional and cutting-edge techniques and skills.
Working in our own dedicated Bespoke workshop, we develop and create features using embroidery, hand stitching, embellishment & hand painting.
Our team is seeking a placement student to join from July 2025.
What awaits you?
1. Developing parts from concept through to launch of vehicles
2. Define & evaluate new tools and equipment fit for production purposes
3. Evaluate new and innovative materials/ technologies capable to be used in Bespoke features
4. Problem solving and implementing effective & sustainable solutions working with the team
5. Project Planning responsibilities including purchasing, sourcing & layout planning
6. Event support and preparation of display samples
Qualifications & Experience:
7. Studying towards a degree in an Engineering, Product Design, Textiles or similar degree, and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above.
8. CAD knowledge (i.e. CATIA)
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Innovative, confident and well-motivated
11. Team player & actively working with colleagues
12. Well organised to be able to prioritise workload
