Sales Administrator
RG Setsquare are the leading construction Recruitment Specialists in the South West with offices in Bristol, Taunton, Exeter and Newquay. We seek an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team in Taunton, Somerset as Sales Administrator.
The successful candidate receive full training in recruitment processes and will work alongside Experienced Recruiters as they fulfil freelance and temporary jobs in the construction industry. Training will be given in the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Taking and making inbound/outbound calls to candidates and assessing their suitability and availability.
2. Engaging and interviewing new candidates and guiding them through the registration process.
3. Collating, vetting and processing candidate documentation.
4. Advising clients on new candidates availability.
5. Accompanying Recruiters on field trips.
6. Processing digital pay roll.
7. Dealing with incoming and outgoing emails.
8. Taking client instructions.
