Are you an immediately available PMO Analyst? Keen to work with a company going through lots of technology and business change and growing PMO strategy? We are currently supporting a large Bristol based employer to hire a PMO Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract to support the Enterprise level PMO.
The role:
In this role you will work closely with the PMO Lead on various tasks covering portfolio level governance.
The company are currently going through large scale transformation that will span a number of years and have recently stood up a new PMO to support with all the change.
This is a great chance to impact a start up team with your existing skills but also stretch and flex your own skills for the 12 months FTC.
Examples of tasks include but no means limited to:
* Building regular reports for all stakeholders including Exec.
* Ensuring all project tools are fit for purpose and training is delivered to all users.
* Create and maintain Change Framework tools
* Manage portfolio level risks
* Manage and report on interdependencies between projects amd the impact on overall portfolio
* Support overall portfolio planning and prioritisation
Skills you’ll need:
* Previous PMO experience ideally in a start up PMO
* Excellent reporting skills – good with Excel
* Agile and Waterfall knowledge
* Experience with PM tools
* Great communication and stakeholder management
* Strong organisation and prioritisation
The salary and benefits:
This role is paying between £40,000-£45,000 per annum for an FTC of 12 months.
