We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the overall management of our site. Reporting to the Deputy Facilities Manager/Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for daily site operations, addressing issues promptly, and coordinating with contractors and service providers to ensure smooth, efficient site performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining the high standards of site and contract management, ensuring all duties are carried out effectively.

And as a Site Supervisor with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
* Minor Repairs
* Assist in the event of an emergency
* Snow clearing/Gritting for frost
* Assist in fire alarm testing
* Meter reading
* Graffiti Removal
* Liaise with Bellrock Helpdesk to close jobs
* Secure the building and lock all doors at the end of the day
* Set and reset intruder alarms
* Report faults to FM Team
* Respond to reports of intruders
* Lock and unlock classrooms as required.
* Assist in building evacuations in accordance with the evacuation procedures.
* Respond to out of hour alarm call outs if required
* Checking Exterior lighting
* Unlocking car park gates
* Out of Hour Reception
* Key Holding Duties
What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Site Supervisor, you’ll need
* To have good interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, ensuring that it is clear and concise.
* To oversee contractors, ensuring all reports, findings and outcomes are reported back to the appropriate teams. While ensuring that all reports are filed away accordingly
* Ability to demonstrate a competent standard of numeracy
* Ability to demonstrate staff supervisory skill where necessary
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels whilst demonstrating a flexible approach.
* Understanding of building maintenance requirements and the ability to undertake minor repairs.
* Ability to carry out cleaning functions as indicated an operate appropriate machinery.
* To have a good understanding of health and safety issues
* Possess experience in manual handling
* Can deal with a wide range of people in a sensitive, courteous and calm manner.
* To have the ability to always maintain confidentiality.
* To be willing to attend training courses as and when identified
Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Newham Schools, London, E6 5JG. Monday to Friday working between 6:30am and 9:30pm.
