Assistant Locality Manager - Female

Our team is growing and we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and values-driven person who is passionate about person-centered care to join us as an Assistant Locality Manager supporting across 7 services in the locality within Sheffield.
You will support the Locality Manager to ensure we provide a high-quality service to the people we support. You will undertake a variety of delegated management tasks to be performed during your off-rota time and will deputise for the Locality Manager during their absence.
Day to day you will provide logistical support to the Locality Manager as well as exceptional hands-on care to the people we support in our services. The role is a full-time position with your time split across working management hours and supporting within a support capacity, so flexibility to work earlies, lates, long days and sleep ins is required.
You will be supporting a young woman in Greenhill who enjoys music, cinema, eating out, going shopping, arts and crafts, sensory rooms and going for walks. One thing she loves is celebrating birthdays and anniversaries with a good party. She is fully mobile and needs support with daily tasks in and around her home. She also requires support in helping her manage her emotions, anxieties and behaviours on a daily basis.

The total annual pay for the role is currently £33,115.24, made up of a basic salary of £30,104.76 plus an additional 10% annual allowance for 22.5 off rota hours of £3,010.48.

About you
You already have proven professional qualities, including:
1. Experience of working with people with a wide range of needs, for example, autism and complex learning disabilities.
2. Up-to-date knowledge of the personalisation agenda and active support provision
3. The willingness to work towards a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care/Leadership and Management for Care Services
