Morgan McKinley seeks a Global Talent Development Professional to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role that comes with an attractive and competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
The Senior Talent Development Partner role involves working across group functions globally. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Early Careers: Design and deliver programs that attract, retain, and develop early-career talent
* Talent Succession Planning: Identify and develop future leaders through targeted development initiatives
* Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Agenda: Embed DEI principles into all aspects of talent management
* Global Mobility: Develop and implement global mobility policies that support business objectives
* Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement across the organization
This role requires significant international travel and onsite work. You will be working closely with the Group HR Director and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
