We are looking for a Healthcare & Access Partner to join us in our UK & Ireland Dermatology team, to be field based covering South London & South East England
About the role
Amplifies and strengthens the matching of UCB therapeutic options with appropriate patients in assigned accounts and territory through strong collaborative relationships with key healthcare professionals
Who you’ll work with
You will report into the Ecosystem Lead – South for our Dermatology franchise
What you’ll do
1. Acts as single point of contact for healthcare professionals by applying deep knowledge of UCB solutions and connecting the right resource at the right time
2. Tailors omni-channel tools to impact healthcare professionals based on individual preferences
3. Defines and executes an impactful tactical plan within territory of responsibility
4. Be an efficient point of contact to independent healthcare professionals supporting them to provide optimal care
5. As part of a multidisciplinary team coordinate stakeholder management in a community-based environment through two-way interactions with healthcare professionals helping them to provide optimal care
6. Establish strong business relationships with healthcare professionals within assigned territory
7. Matching of UCB therapeutic options via a deeper understanding of targeted healthcare professionals patient population by deploying a tailored approach (communication and tools) and solutions
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills :
8. Bachelor’s degree required
9. Previous pharmaceutical or health care management experience e.g. ABPI examination.
10. A successful track record in key account/project management and influencing key health care customers.
11. Experience and knowledge of relevant disease areas i.e. Dermatology, Immunology, etc.
12. Demonstratable National and sub-national NHS knowledge plus in-depth disease, market and competitive intelligence expertise.
