We are pleased to be working with a charity based in Bournemouth that are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous finance experience to continue developing in a supportive environment - offering up to £27,000 + flexible hybrid working.
Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee central purchasing functions
2. Analyse monthly credit card invoices, ensuring receipt are received and reconciled to expenditure
3. Ensure monthly stock checks are completed
4. Complete counting and reconciliation of cash, cheques and card payments weekly
5. Check spreadsheets and reconcile all income
6. Reconcile the petty cash weekly
7. Assist with posting purchase & sales invoices
What they're looking for:
8. Someone with previous experience working within the finance function
9. Excellent communication skills
10. A team player
11. Good IT skills including Excel
